I have lived here for twelve years I have never had any problems until we had a new owner and a new manager as of almost five years ago. She's a horrible manager this place looks like a dump it never look like this before there are no available spaces there are harassments that go on between the manager and her favorite people which is illegal to do. I would NOT recommend anyone live in this place ever! This is my home I live here I have never had as many problems as I have had as of lately so we'll see how this all pans out because now it's turning into a major legal matter. Also the manager allows for children to put the rent out here there are major code violations your phone calls never get returned whether you live here or not she's never in the office she charges new people a deposit of $1,000 which is also illegal..... I could go on and on and on but I'll stop here. And what I say is the truth it's not a lie I can't count how many Tweakers she's put in the park knowingly...Smh

I have lived here for 11 years there are no empty spaces here I'm sorry if there was I would tell you. There are not a lot of mobile home parks that have any spaces for RVs right now I would suggest calling around.
Don't know about rentals but there are several for sale.
I'm not sure, I just visit my father who has lived there 25+ years
I don't live there but the family I know has a pet and every other family in that park has cats or dogs.
