So where do I start I have been a customer from at this location multiple times just recently this place has really gone down hill I had some ac work done on my vehicle the first time I came in they charged me 500 to fix issue so I paid in less than a year later I had to bring the vehicle back to have ac worked on again with they look and gave me an estimate for 900 I paid it like any other customer expecting to be taken care of but only to have to come back a month later for them to try and charge me 700 more to fix the issue so I felt like I was being robbed I don’t believe it costs 2100 to fix ac system on a newer car I can replace the whole system for that cost so moving forward I place a complaint with midas at a corporate level they had a district manger call me to try and fix this issue so we came to an agreement I took my vehicle back up there to where now I’m being charged more money and the ac system still dose not work I feel like I’m being held at gun point and robbed for my hard earned money so I’m still trying to figure this out with them but I will post what the out come is Update: so I talked with the district manager again today (super cool guy)and we came to an agreement to have my vehicle fixed correctly so we will see.

Marysville Midas. **** This was a horrible experience. The girl who made appt was very sweet , great customer service. But unfortunately the man in front Donnie & Nathan , not at all great !! Rude, did not smile one time. When made appt asked if we they check all oils and tires ( had coupon) and was told yes. I waited in waiting area. Nothing done but ? Maybe oil? Tires were to be rotated and weren’t. He pulled car up and said done. $ 121.00. NO DONT THINK SO. Anyhow , I told them I wanted what coupon showed. Yes I do pay a little extra for oil ( always) Normally I go to Firestone in Lincoln. Have great customer service. Didn’t want to commute and so thought help a local business. Not again tho. My paper has wrong address , no mileage, nothing filled out for future . No sticker in window. Be aware.

I've used Midas for years. I won't be using them for my oil changes again. I always have my tires rotated along with my oil change and have never been charged extra until this last visit. I was charged $19.99 for a tire rotation. Total bill....$67 plus for a regular oil change and rotation. Ridiculous!!

3rd vehicle I have taken in for repairs. Each one I had to take back for them to fix. Along with fixing something that wasn't even the problem after a diagnostic. I will not be going back to Midas in Marysville for any further work. Side note. Customer service was great.
