I have seen the transformation of this place and I would have to say it's pretty impressive. The units are remodeled and turned around and they seem like really nice people. Some of the past negative reviews are probably from evicted tenants.

I got to give it to them.. this place has been turned around and I was pleased to see clean and nice units. Much cleaner and big improvement than before. I will be taking an application to rent
