AVOID THIS OFFICE ON EVERY OCCASION The most matter of fact, rude, unhelpful employee I've encountered in years. After entering an unmanned entrance and looking over the kiosk for UPS returns, I waited with my Amazon returns. I know it sounds crazy, this was the 1st time I'd ever had to return something via UPS. There wasn't a choice for Khol's and I don't own a printer, so no "printed label". I had my phone and the images as well as the ability to email them to UPS. This Karen of an employee advised I needed a 🏷 label. I apologized and stated I don't have a printer. She then immediately started to advise me to go to a library or a UPS Store, (15 miles away) or Staples! I asked if she could scan my phone and print it or receive it via email and she flatly refused, again telling me to go to a UPS Store. I thanked her ever so sarcastically for her excellent customer service and willingness to help and left. Side note, I tried Khol's and the the UPS Store in Y.C., in that order, unable to return at Khol's because it wasn't a choice for the return, (tried to cancel one of the returns and find them as a choice, that = an 800# call to the Amazon to reinstate the return... Then at the UPS Store, their computer QR Code reader was down... I called And confirmed it was working the next day and ONLY then got it returned with an additional charge for printing out the return labels for my returns. At least their customer service existed. AVOID THIS OFFICE ON EVERY OCCASION

UPS drivers need to slow down and management doesn't care what the drivers do .. Maybe spike strips on my road will slow the drivers down ..

Absolutely unacceptable! I went in to ship a package and waited in the lobby for over 5 minutes no one came out at all. You could hear all the employees having an inappropriate conversation in the back
