Our stay was about 3 1/2 stars. The room was nice. However, the dog occupant in the next room barked through the evening and in the morning. We aren't against pets but wish to equally enjoy our rest as well. The check in staff member seemed disinterested. The check out staff member was great.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The soundproofing was very good, I couldn’t hear any other guests. My room had two big windows and a couch, it was bright and sunny. The water pressure in the shower was good. The hotel agent provided us a bottle of water upon checkin. The wifi worked well. Good location. Walking distance to Walmart which is convenient if you forget anything. Lots of restaurants nearby.

So my stay was great until I accidentally left behind sum items in shower /on counter. When noticied called right away.. nothing turned in. Asked them to ask housekeeping who cleaned room, said they would talk 2 them & mgr & call me back, never did.. called next day , have no idea what happened.. so either they threw it out or stole it, what a TERRIBLE way to be & im out $100 , "mgr" didn't give a sh** Once again quality "Hilton " c.s. πŸ™„

Terrible experience. I travel for work and never have I experienced anything like this. It was my first night there. I was working on my presentation for work and suddenly heard pounding at the door directly across from me. It was the Warrington Police asking the person to come out. I was terrified. The police ended up taking names and leaving, but then the people behind the door started arguing so loud that I was so afraid to be there. I quickly packed up my things and bolted to the front desk. I said I have the room across from the one the police visited and wanted a new room because I'm scared. She couldn't care. She never said I'm sorry - or how are you doing - NOTHING! She changed my room and acted like it was NOTHING. Terrible customer service. No money back. NOTHING. I will never stay there or another Hampton Inn ever again.
