I avoid this Dunkin’ at all costs, because the employees are miserable, rude, and incompetent. When I happen to stop in because of sheer desperation for coffee, I order the same thing and they get it wrong. Every. Single. Time. Less ice means just what it says. It does not mean a full cup of ice and barely any coffee. When I correct them they look at me like I’m crazy and argue, “that IS less ice.” For real, it’s the most ridiculous thing and I can’t believe I’m writing a review about such a first world problem.

I ordered a hazelnut macchiato I guess I should’ve asked for Sugar because it’s totally not sweet :( On the plus side I guess that helps my diet.
