Worst customer service ever, the woman that was at the host spot had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. We went for a passport for our recently born baby and she literally told us that there was not appointments here in Florida and that she has heard that the next appointment is in Ohio so we should wait or travel to Ohio almost laughing but sarcastic. There was a kid before us with his mom and she treated them the same. Said to them that they should “learn to read” because the website had all the information they needed. Then the mom told the kid that it was his fault because he didn’t read the web. The kid told the host that that information wasn’t there and the told him yo have to read carefully. After all that situation she gave them a number to call.

I have a rental property in Coral Springs. Got a call supposedly from City Hall asking for credit card number to pay the rental fee owed to the city. The caller said that a fine would be imposed if I didn't pay immediately with credit card.
