Never any assistance on the floor. It's a bit over priced. I get better deals on hair products at Sally's or Target. I go there to purchase hair.

I have no idea what happened to the store it used to be top-notch. one of the best places to go by your beauty products in Coral Springs, but now it look like it went from class to trash. when I went in there today May 14th 2022 there were beauty products open and packs of braiding hair that was not in its package on top of the shelves packs of hair that was open on the shelves in its wrong place. hair on the floor when I was walking down the aisle I kicked a hair bun across the floor. products on the shelves was knocked over messy not in it's right place. everything looks like somebody ran through the store and just tore it up. I'm not sure what happened to management but clearly management is not paying attention to this place. I'm very disappointed and I know this place has the potential to present itself better, but when you walk in there it just makes you not even want to buy anyting because it's Messi. An as big as the store is it should not look like this and needless to mention a lot of their stuff is not up-to-date with other stores at all. I do wish you be better because it is one of the biggest focal points as a beauty supply store on University.

Had the pleasure to receive assistance from Kristen today. She was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying everything I needed, instead of buying online and paying shipping and waiting to get my products. She was the Best. Wish you guys could clone her..lol Hope she gets a raise!!
