Just moved to florida from New York City few months ago. I called before making an appointment for a cut, wash and blowdry and asked how much approximately for those services and the lady over the phone told me $40-45 which is what I pay in NYC. I come and they charge me $118 for those services which is ridiculous!! Luz was great and did a good job with my hair but for that amount I am not coming back. I was going to visit family in nyc this week and even cancelled my appointment at the XCELLENT HAIR SALON in nyc because these guys gave me a reasonable price and when its time to pay they want to over charge. They should have been clear over the phone not say one thing and give their customers a surprise bill!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MARNIE! Today was my first day in the establishment, I have been passing by it for years…and I am SO EXCITED to go back!!! The owner is a very nice gentleman and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The place is kept together very nicely and the atmosphere was perfectly peaceful yet fun! I really enjoyed my time here today and felt so comfortable :) I was nervous to lose length and thought I may just go in for the color but Marnie made me feel so confident in her & I’m glad I decided to get a trim, she kept the length that I wanted too 😍 My hair feels so healthy and I can’t wait to show it off!! I am very happy to have Marnie as my new color specialist and hair stylist, she was Extremely informative and did a GREAT JOB in making my hair a beautiful red. The sealer treatment that was used after my color smells so good and left my hair feeling like silk . I can’t wait to use my products from the store (get the keratin leave-in treatment and pick a Brillance conditioner/shampoo)!! Thank you so much!! See you in June Marnie❤️

My experience is that this place will make you sign a waver when they know the service you request is unobtainable. I had box dyed black hair. I am not a stylist and I should have been advised by this former hair cuttery employee that what I wanted was unobtainable. Instead, I was charged $600 including tip for literally no blue highlights. She gave me the basic haircut with short layers in the front that she gives everybody, from what I saw in her “gallery.” I wish this establishment was honest upfront so I could just pay for a single process. Go to Sullo instead. They actually back their services and no waver is involved. Disgraceful.

Hair color concepts is a 10/10!!! I had messed up the natural color of my hair and with Luz as my stylist, she fixed it to the color that I had wanted in the first place! She is so kind and understanding and listens to every want for your hair. I love this hair color concepts and would definitely recommend for everyone!
