I have almost found the services at MedExpress to be excellent! I only have one suggestion: when tech is updating the intake app they should have a question: "Do you/patient have a disability that we should be aware?' In my case, I am hearing impaired with two hearing aides. Unfortunately, one of the two was broken, and in for repairs. So my hearing was even further impaired. This made the process of seeing the doctor even more difficult for me. Instead of being in and out within a hour, I was there for a little over two hours. The reception intake nurse called me on my cell phone while I was attempting to download my drivers license which would not download. As I thought my intake info was still in limbo, when she called out, "Robert" I did not think it was be. Then when the download was rejected three times, I walked up the desk. This when I was informed the the intake nurse was calling me, but she did not leave a message. Then, minutes later, I received another call. The attending nurse did leave a message which I found confusing. So, I approached the intake nurse and I showed her the transcribed message. She got up to tell the nurse who called. This is when things got confusing for me. I thought she told me to sit back down, but later I found out that I was suppose call the other nurse back. The process was difficult to comprehend when you do not hear. The attending nurse later called my name in the reception area. At first I got the impression as if she was bad at me for not calling her back. I informed her, twice, that I was hearing impaired of what I understood from her voice mail message. Afterward when I apologized for the misunderstanding, she told me, "It is okay, it is not your fault.!" I firmly believe the entire situation could have been avoid by having one short question in the intake questionaire about disabilities. Physically disability can be seen; such as person in a wheelchair, but others can not. I am not blaming anyone. I see believe MedExpress is an excellent facility which I will return to again. I am only making a recommendation in order to avoid any unnecessary issues, later.

Dr. Stanley Tenenbaum, and his staff are amazing. My teenage daughter woke up with a 103.7 fever on a Sunday morning. Her pediatrician and every other urgent clinic was closed until noon, so I was glad when I found MedExpress on google. I rushed her to the clinic in a state of panic, after a couple of negative COVID tests. The staff were so patient and kind towards my situation and took care of my daughter right away. She ended up testing positive for the flu and got treatment right away. Literally two hours after our visit she felt much better. Thank you Dr. Tenenbaum & staff!

Been going here for the past few years, I've taken both my young kids and myself and each time have great service and care. The nurses and doctors are amazing. The wait is like any other urgent care but it's better than going to an ER and I would also rather wait in my car than in the lobby as I feel safer away from other people that are potentially sick.

They offer vaccine services. Not sure what you mean by single shot?
Good question! Timing may vary depending on the volume of tests being performed by our commercial lab partner, but it is currently taking around 3-7 days for patients to receive send-out laboratory results. If you were tested at MedExpress and are awaiting your results, a member of our team will call you once we receive the results. You can also obtain a copy of your COVID-19 test results through the online patient portal of our commercial lab partner, LabCorp, once they are available. Please visit their website at www.labcorp.com to create an account to access your test results.
MedExpress is offering COVID-19 evaluations and testing at designated centers to help support our local communities' health care needs amid the pandemic. In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.
