The staff is amazing very friendly I believe the gentleman that helped me was Manuel. I've only been a customer for less than a couple of weeks but I have nothing terrible to say everything is really really good to say about this place. It's clean staff is great and I think I'm gonna be very happy here

His Customer service is phenomenal and his response time to any questions and his ability to resolve any concerns I had were always exceptional. So I spoke with Austin from Joni Drive in Palm Desert and he help me get a unit at a different facility that had the size I needed and in the price range I wanted. he was extremely helpful, very friendly and amazing to work with.he had everything done before I knew it.
