Avoid this place !!! I called them in a morning, asking if they a take clothes, they said yes, I came 5 miles drive, give them my clothes, they said they will call me when is ready. They never did, so I called them, they say it is almost ready, 30min, so I came in, and nice girl said to me, that they never looked at my bag, and they just cannot take any clothes, because they staffed. In a a nutshell, I lost time, gas for 10 miles drive and decided, that I never go to this location again!

I love this place. Yes they do have Forever 21, Target brands HOWEVER if you look you WILL find great brands like Zara, Free People, Madewell, Banana Republic , Steve Madden, Joie, etc... Prices are great and service is great. Fitting rooms are not open just like everywhere else right now because of Covid. I go there often. I have also sold with them before .

I really don’t understand why these people are giving them bad reviews. My mom and I love this store and go very often. We have found brands Like Pink, Hollister, H and M, and many other nice clothings brands in perfect condition. Their was one time my mom got a shirt for $60 that’s worth $250 used! On top of that The customer service is Always amazing ! Again I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews because I love this place .

They had great customer service and were very kind. But in my experience, they do not accept many clothes, and for the clothes they do accept, they do not give you very much for them. I gave them a trash bag of summer clothes. When I asked what they did not accept, they did not tell me they weren’t accepting summer clothes this time of year. After waiting an hour, they had pulled out only one jacket and one dress they would buy, only for $2.50 each. I probably will not waste my time trying to sell again. I think one can make more money selling at a garage sale or on Facebook.
