My grandson just loved the spiderman. I was sketchy from buying from this company because I never heard of it ,but now I'll be buying for my nieces and nephews. They fly high and kids of all ages can control it. Great gift idea you can't go wrong.

Beware as a consumer of this company ! They advertise higher pricing on their social media advertisements than they do on their company website simultaneously. I ordered the spider man for my son for Christmas and after looking on their website, it was available for $10 less. Also to add that they make money on their ship costs, I was charged flat rate shipping, I paid an additional $9.99 in standard ground shipping when I live 20 miles outside of their location. When I Contacted customer service, they were very firm on not honoring their current advertised price that was listed at the same time of my purchase or offering any type of customer service to create a market for return customers nor word of mouth marketing. I would absolutely not recommend ordering from this company if you expect to receive any type of basic customer care. They are a one and done customer purchase in my experience!

This was my first time buying from hobbytron and it was a great experience. Their customer service was so great that they have gained a new repeating customer. Their shipping was fast and when the toy didn't work, they went me out a replacement one immediately. They have proven to be a very trustworthy company.
