Forget about everything you’ve come to expect from Costco and their customer service, the employees behind the tire shop counter are rude and incompetent. They switched prices on me three times and afterwords they told me the tires were discontinued by Michelin after accusing me of taking pictures of the wrong tires and that the size didn’t match their system. I used to own a tire shop and on our worst day we did better for our customers.

Costco tires were great. I scheduled my appointment which was easy. They use nitrogen instead of air for the tires. The staff were friendly . I'll never buy new tires elsewhere.

I just walked out of this location. Employees are friendly and caring. I bought my battery for about $90 when other competitors were going to charge me for $200 for a battery with 3 year guarantee. Ed offered me to buy a battery and replace it at my place and bring back the core and get $15 credit and when I said to him I had to stop a few places Ed, Ivan, and another employee provided me necessary tools to change it on the spot by myself. That was incredible and really they went extra miles. Hat's off to them.
