I also worked at Macdonald. This is the worst Macdonald I ever visit in my life. Service is bad. They don’t even sale the toy individually. They don’t give refill on drink. They don’t post sign to say it. The manager sounds very rude to employees because he was trying to sell me the toy for my kid. I can’t understand Spanish. I will never return this Macdonald. There are several Macdonald within 5 miles radius, very friendly, and the provide good service.

This location likes to close its door around 8 pm 8:30 pm and expects people to go through the drive through to do an order. Hello, what if someone doesn’t have a car and trying to do a quick simple order inside?

General Mc, but the staffs in this one didn’t wash or sanitize their hands after holding the cellphone to check mobile order number and touched the fries and food box inside during the packing process. And they didn’t wear a mask (not for Covid concern) to prevent mouth water getting on the food as they talked loud during packing. For people who care this MC may not be a good option

Walked in there to order food but had to use the restroom urgently. Asked some old lady behind the register if I could get the restroom code. She responded with "Did you order yet" which I followed with "Not yet". She immediately turned away from me without a word and continued setting up coffee filters in the coffee machine. Waste of my time. No sense of customer service
