When this location was still “Goin’ Postal” which was owned by previous owners, I gave them 5 stars and used them for all my domestic and international needs because they always went the extra mile, were informative and truly cared and gave great customer service. This location, however, is very transactional, not informative and the owner was rude when I needed to resolve a problem they could’ve prevented if they provided better customer support or attention. I recommend, if you need to make any international shipments to just go directly to your closest FedEx, UPS,USPS or DHL. My package is stuck in the country where I shipped it to and to proceed to get it to its final destination I have to pay $400 thanks to this location’s failure to give a heads-up, be more informative or provide advice. I spoke to the DHL and they are kindly trying to fix the issue they said could’ve been prevented had “MailHub Miami “ provided adequate info so that customs wouldn’t have frozen my shipment. All in all, they are not international shipping experts. If shipping internationally, I recommend going to experts so you don’t have these issues and avoid any headaches on your valuable items.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this service. The staff is absolutely the best. Always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Seriously focused on customer service and incredibly helpful. My girlfriend and I receive our packages and mail at this location. We live full time in Ecuador and having clear and accurate communication regarding package deliveries is essential to our business. English (for me) and Spanish (for my girlfriend) is also a huge added bonus. Can not recommend them highly enough. A big special shout out to Dayana. The best!

I highly recommend this location for all your shipping, printing, boxing, and scanning needs! These guys are the best!!! The owner is really nice, but the staff Dayana and Johana are absolutely great. They're fast, motivated guys that know exactly what they’re doing, and do everything with a great attitude. I will definitely come back to this location for my shipping needs!
