That is the worst company that I have sent a horrible package, I do not recommend it, look for another option, they have very bad customer service, lack of respect.
They put the tapes on it, but apparently before putting it on they open it and I suppose they take out something that interests them. Make a list of everything you send and verify with who receives and so you will notice if they take something out.
