I sent a box a week ago, the result was frustrating when the box arrived it was completely empty, which indicates that most of the merchandise was removed from somewhere, when I called the supposed owner to put in her knowledge of what happened, she answers me in a super sarcastic way and she tries to make me understand that it was in my house that they took everything from her, when I tell her about her lack of service and lack of ethics in the face of a situation that the only one she lost was I never heard from this lady the word EXCUSE ME, LET ME CHECK WITH MY STAFF TO SEE WHERE THE ERROR WAS... From her I only received cheap self-defense alleging that her employees are years old and that this had never happened, her mockery and justifications were offensive to me, because I told her that perhaps she has a profitable business with all those merchandise, aaahhhhh she was offended, calling my house to say that she was going to sue me for accusing her, but she does have right to say that my family stole from themselves, I lose all the merchandise I send, they do not reimburse me and on top of that they want to intimidate me with a lawsuit, TAINO EXPRESS, I am waiting for you to sue me, I will never use that company, they are not reliable or responsible.... Very abusive what they did to me.

Very good service, I have 8 years shipping by this company and has never missed anything, weekly I get merchandise and have never had complaints, my boxes arrive sealed with a sinta of a material that is only Habre with scissors in a cross , I recommend it to all my amigos.👍👍👏👏

Well i called and the woman who answered phone sounded like she was on a nap rest...wasn't detailed about any service and i just said will look at reviews first before moving forward for an estimate. and she hung up.. i had initially explained i had artwork and it needed to be packed all i got was crickets on the phone.... so im wiery about all these fantastic reviews

We regret many the inconveniences caused, it is not our norm to open the customer's boxes, in this case at the time of assembling the box in the container due to the excess weight it had, it was opened and we realized that the merchandise was not declared by the customer. which paid customs taxes, we talked with the client and informed us that she would not send him the box that she preferred to withdraw. This happened a year ago, the client never appeared personally to talk to us about the case.
