Absolutely horrible service and customer service at the service center. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone who would like to have their car fixed and returned to them within the year. Dropped a fleet vehicle off for some issues, checked in for an update 20 days after it was dropped off and get told “it hasn’t been diagnosed yet” so it went 20 days without even being looked at. Ridiculous. I understand waiting a long time on some parts. But letting a vehicle sit for almost a month without checking it is unbelievable. Went to pick the vehicle up to take it to a different service center and was met with attitudes from the whole staff. Then they took almost 2 hours to bring the vehicle around because they locked the keys inside of it. All in all, a horrible experience. Would give it 0 stars if it was an option.
