I don't know what I was expecting here. Certainly, there has been a decline of the chain fast casual restaurant in America, but this has got to be the worst of all Red Lobsters. Service was super slow, which is forgiveable. The food was borderline inedible. The steak quality was tough and tasted like there was "pump" or something unnatural. The seafood all tasted old. The cocktails looked nothing like the pictures and were served in rocks glasses....basically a shot with a splash of juice. This restaurant is also in desperate need of renovation. Dardin should level this place and start over. It was like witnessing the slow death of the American chain restaurant. I was told to give one star....for the biscuits. But you can buy the mix in stores now so...maybe zero stars.

On a Saturday evening my family and I experienced our last time at a Red Lobster, and the one in Pittsburg CA has got to be the worst. Although our waitress was so sweet and kind, the food was terrible. All of our dishes were bland and tasteless. To make matters worse, there was a problem with one of the dishes, and the manager, the most unprofessional and petty individual I have ever encountered holding such a position, regarded the matter with suspicion, instead of genuine concern. Not sure how he ever gained this employment, but I am sure that actual experience in restaurant management was not the reason. It’s too bad, because there are plenty of good, experienced employees out there, with exceptional customer service skills, seeking this type of employment.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant.
