Called in an order on the way. They confirmed order by text and stated they will text back when the order is ready. We got there and waited for the text. We understand they are short staffed these days like everyone else, but the never came. The last time orders took a while but this time it was too long so we went in an checked and wa-lah! the order has been waiting there and they mentioned for "a while" now. I asked how come you never texted but didn't get a response and we just proceeded to pay, with most of the ice all melted already anyway. Oh, also, they messed up one of my orders. Labeled according to my order by what's in the cup is different. It's also not the first time.

One of the best boba places I’ve had in the Bay Area! They have a lot of selections to choose from and their boba just right, they were soft and chewy.

Love love love this Boba spot! It's a little hole in the wall and though the wait time can be long (which is why I usually call to place my order), the drinks are worth the wait.
