I picked up my brand new model x from this location. It was delivered filthy. Entire outside of the suv was covered in dust/dirt and then rain on top of that. Multiple exterior scratches and dings. Paint chip on rear side of hood. Inside there was sticker residue on the seats and marks that needed to be cleaned off. I waited 3-4 hours for them to clean the vehicle just so I could see it clean and buff off any scratches. Now I am having multiple defects from factory finally being taken care of at another location because I will never go back to this location even though it is closest to me. They also never mentioned I had to report any defects within 24 hours and no contact phone # or international # was provided for this. They obviously never went through my vehicle to make sure it was 100% ready for pick up and were very sloppy while damaging my brand new vehicle. Maybe they didn’t clean it to try to cover up their damage?? Anyway, I never received a follow up call or anything after my horrible pick up experience. They don’t care about their customers nor their new teslas. I know other new owners with a similar experience from this location and it is a shame to not be able to trust and utilize a local location. If the entire building/staff is fired and an actual professional staff is hired, maybe this location could be saved.

The service center staff (Jesus) is insulting. He does not have the skills to be serving customers. When I ask to speak with the manager his answer was that “I will have to wait a while.” I have been in several tesla centers before, and this one has the worse customer service.

Service center is outrageous ! I have a new model Y and have issues with AC that is shutting off all the time. No appointment until late October and they don’t have the parts anyway!. Just got there and was offered no solution whatsoever! Ridiculous !! Shame !

Purchased a new Model X P100D 4 years ago and a new Model X Plaid 3 weeks ago. There is no customer service provided upon purchase now. They just say good luck, the car is outside, go find it. The car had multiple defects that we noted right away and some that were noted at home the following days. The ones noted right away were brought to the attention of one of the employees in the parking lot and he helped us report them in the app. As we found more issues we would add them on the app. After our service appointment was pushed back several times, today we brought in the car today as instructed. To my surprise, they are saying taht they will only remedy whatever was reported within 24 hrs of ownership. Nobody told me that we had 24 hrs to do a full vehicle survey by a mechanic or Tesla would wipe their hands. Some things like a missing tow hook cover (like $20 on ebay) weren't noticed until the car was sitting in my driveway for 3 days. Why would I remove the tow hook cover? Obviously it didn't come with one! Other issues were also subtle and were not readily obvious. We paid $150k for a car, its my second Tesla, and this dealership has provided me zero service. Zero loyalty. Zero desire to do the right thing. My wife was there and had the service guy on the speakerphone. He sounded like a robot repeating its Tesla's policy to only address things found in 24 hrs. Zero interest in listening to the customer and make an attempt to fix Tesla's screw up. I asked that a manager contact me. So far nobody has even made an attempt. This is embarrassing.

Will you accept a trade in car?

Roberto Martinez | Oct 11, 2019
RuBsreal09 | Oct 11, 2019

Hello Roberto! Yes we accept trade-ins as a service to our customers, we partner up with third party dealerships that give you an offer for your car. The process has been accelerated and is pretty smooth actually compared to your typical car buying experience and yes the offer could be lower than expected but that's because they buy it to resell, we often give the advice to customer that they could get more if they sell on their own, but most of the people just want the convenience of getting rid of the car right there. Thank you. Ruben Gil Customer Experience Specialist

Omar Rodriguez When will Tesla install a Supercharger facility in Key Biscayne?

Key Biscayne Pest Control | Oct 10, 2020
Michael Cushman | Oct 10, 2020

You should probably inquire with them. My guess is that they won't put one there, as building permits are difficult to get for Key Biscayne. More likely of a chance that a local business would install a few chargers outside, like how Wawa is doing at some of their gas stations.

Get that person's insurance information along with a police report and call their insurance company. They will let you know where to take it. Tesla certifies specific locations to work on their vehicle. I know because this happened twice to me. Freakin people.
