Rainbow paint and body is qualified to repair Tesla. 99% of body shops are not authorized and have no clue how to work on them as they are assembled in a very different way. The biggest issue you're going to run into is the time it takes to receive parts... The process is grueling. The repair shop is fast to do the work however only if the parts are available. I got into an accident with my model 3 and it took 3.5 months to get the parts. If the car is drivable then wait for the parts and just drive it..if you leave it at the shop it's going to be months upon months. I heard of a Tesla owner waiting 14 months for parts.
