What location are they setting up a Tesla dealer in Puerto Rico ?
Tesla is setting up a dealer in Puerto Rico soon. They were there currently last two months ago but this was entirely paid by the vehicle owner as there are currently no dealerships in Puerto Rico.
As far as I am aware yes. I don't know of any laws preventing you.
