Be careful with this company hired them in June of 2021 to send my package to Colombia. It never arrived for not processing proper paperwork, Was told by the owner they hired an attorney and laughed by him for making me go thru this process. Hired my own attorney and they told me their sister company Imperio Cargo Express Corp did not file the proper paperwork correctly. Now I will never get my package because of their improper practice. This owner is a scammer and does not care for his customer.

Their customer service is amazing! Although it was frustrating to know they, like many other Envios places request only cash for payment. I learned it is legal and I adjusted to their form of payment. Their kindness and service is beyond I ever experienced anywhere else. Sweet girls. They actually look at you and smile!

Mr. Guillermo, if you put a box through us, they must have given you a receipt that contains the number of the guide, which is 3 letters and 10 digits, example: MDE1234567890 and you can search our page www.centroenviosymas.com and under " track package "put the number of the guide so you can track it.
We could schedule a pickup but it depends on several factors. It is best if you call us at the Kendall agency to explain better.
Mr. Alexis at the moment we do not have package service to Cuba only money transfers.
