I was using this company to send to my country. Last time I sent money was October/2017 to Colombia and the Beneficiary never pick up the money because “he forgot” and went until January/2018 when he found the receipt and went to do the diligence but sadly he weren’t able to get the money. In between October and January, Intermez never returned the money , or ever called me to Informed: “your money is still here”’or “nobody picked up the money “. They keeps quite. I went January 31/2018 to the store I used to asked then to please resend the money again and I have to paid an additional fee for $12 dollars for the service, which I did. The Agency in Orlando told me that the beneficiary in Colombia “will have 30 days to pick up the money”. Today, just 15 days after I sent the money, Intermex called me to let me know they CANCEL the transfer because “In Colombia is just 15 days” TO PICK UP THE MONEY and that I have to pay another additional $12 dollars fee… AGAIN to resend the money. The person in Colombia was out in the bank trying to get his money. Actually the receipt doesn’t said that. They have an excuse saying: “they called me but they can’t leave a voice message” Really??!!! The receipt clearly said 30 days. See picture attached. Not even mention all the calls this company did to the list of people I sent money before. Very disappointed. Please avoid this company and this kind of problems!

After withdrawing the money from the account, they cancel the transaction and keep your money for a few days. Other than the customer service on the line is lousy.
