Everything about our testing experience, and the customer service afterward, was fantastic. 1) The testing: Fast, friendly, easy. Also, I had paid for the test, but the person at the table kindly told me I could get a refund by contacting customer service because my child was a student in the district - great! 2) I contacted customer service late Friday afternoon worried because I noticed my child's gender was not correct on the test result (NOT Aptitude's error - it was ours), which mattered because he was using it for international travel the next morning so his info had to match. I spoke to a REAL PERSON who was extremely helpful and immediately emailed me a new PDF test result for him. He also processed my refund. In addition, a separate person responded to my email (I was covering all the bases trying to contact someone ASAP) within the hour I sent it. SUCH a pleasure doing business with a local company who cares!
