I was promised an hour wait.. after two hours I called and they said it would be another 30 mins before a driver will be available. I know they were busy, but I feel lied to. Please handle all your business before making promises you can’t keep. I ended up calling another company and they were there in 15 mins and a better price. I only had to get my car a few miles down the road to my mechanic. I’m really bummed
