I went to Mavis in Taylor last minute because my car needed a part. I've never had a bad experience here. I didn't think I was going to be able to get my car fixed today ( because you normally need an appointment.) but the Manager Kevin was very kind and offered to fix my car right then and there! If Kevin is there I 100% recommend going here !! Genuinely thankful for him !

I thought I was having a problem in my front end of my jeep. I took it to mavis in and I was speaking to Kevin he noticed that my back tires were pitched. He got me set up with an alignment and out the door quick. Very pleasant to speak with.

Long story short, I got a flat tire while visiting my Aunt....The man that helped me was wonderful, I apologize I can't remember his name, shaved head, blue eyes, he did introduce himself and told me that he was the manager there! He went above and beyond, and sincerely deserves recognition for his personality and kindness. Wonderful customer care!

That's really strange I've never had any type of incidence like that they've always been extremely kind, courteous, and very helpful. I've even shown up on a Sunday afternoon with a flat tire and they have been more than happy to assist me even repairing a tire opposed to replacing it just showing that they didn't try to take advantage of me.
