Waited all day for my package to arrive yesterday. The estimated arrival time was supposed to be at 7pm, and the second I step out around 9pm to walk my dog, I get a message saying delivery attempted and that they took back my package. Very discouraging.

The worst possible place to call and go. Their delivery service is horrendous and I am applaud that they even have the audacity to yell at a customer. I will never order something from UPS ever again and their “supervisor” is demeaning towards me.

The people at the call center never worked at UPS. They don't know anything about UPS. Hope this helps.

There is a hand to surface policy at UPS, there should be no throwing of boxes.
Who disposed or discarded the box? Who does that? Who threw away the box? Boxes or trash is not thrown at night. So it was day time. Where are the photos to show their client, DOTCOM, the state of the package? A box is an evidence.

I sent a large box from Texas to DOTCOM in Connecticut which ships to Zambia. DotCom received the parcel and together with other packages took to UPS store in Orange. On 07/06/2022 @11:35am BOX MISSING

Ups process millions of boxes every day some packages like yours sometimes has bad labels or bad place labels we sorry for that ups will make the correction.
