I contacted all natural pest control because I found a wasp nest in my front yard. I was very concerned for me and my family’s safety. I spoke to a young lady with my concerns and she quickly dispatched one of her technicians to mu house. The technicians name was Kevin. He used a power hose to control, kill him he bees and was able to take down the hive. It’s been over a week and I haven’t seen a bee since. Truthfully, I think John who is the Owner is a great guy, he is very responsive and kind. We called him to treat a mice issue we were having ( we spotted mice droppings in the kitchen) and he came by for an estimate and we immediately hired him, I paid him 300$ upfront and he left a few baits around the house. After two weeks I called him for a follow up which he came promptly, he found a mice caught in one of the baits he installed in the garage but did not seal up any openings (other than cleaning up the air) advising us that there was no other entry points other than the garage. We still have not figured out through John where the entry point was that the mice got in from the garage to the kitchen. I paid him 300$ just to set a few baits and clean up one of them which I could’ve done it myself and saved my money. I basically hired the guy for just setting baits/traps around the house. Not sure if the problem was truly fixed.
