I was aggravated with the same thing. I would call all day... Busy signal all the time. I think phones are off hook. Never did get a person to help me. Terrible and useless service

They sent me my card and pin and everything and have accepted 11 weeks of claims but no payment will I eventually get paid

pa unemployment sucks ! only four months I've been waiting and calling got paperwork saying all is good but no pin number !

They are the worst excuse for an UC SERVICE....my thing is why they wouldn't be prepared for this type of disaster unemployment to me is a savings for the world in case we go into deep hardships like this one instead they cower behind the masks while people suffer THEY SHOULD BE THE UNPRODUCTIVE SERVICES NOT UC

I also didn't receive a relicard it's because PUA. Didn't set up an account through the treasury dept.. download an auto dialer and keep calling eventually you will get through this is what I'm fighting with now

If you go to your local CareerLink, they can help you reset your password. I had to do it several times in 5 years. They are very helpfull

I do believe that Scranton UC office doesn't help the people who were laid off. Our government need to restructure the Career Link/ UC office. Stop trying to cut back services, when we need then the most.

The state's UC offices are flooded with claims since the pandemic. I called my state representative for assistance.

There should be commands for "forgot" password or name/email. Keep following the commands. It's a pain to go through the process. Take your time.

You have to contact them direct. Your asking a question and its being received by all Google's local guides in the area. Not Pa. Employees.

If you recently filed, it should come in the mail. If you need to contact somebody at UC, fax them. Getting through on the phone is near impossible.

I had been laid off and didn't know I would file for PUCA.. after a coworker told me I could file, I filed for back benfits,so I dont know if that was back benefits or not, do you know the fax number

Yes that's the same thing happening to me I can't get anyone I've called over 1000 times in a week and haven't received my benefits in 2 months . now I only receive 2 checks from unemployment since April 28. Can anyone help me on how to talk to a live person.

How did you contact them ? I have been trying to call but I just get busy tone .. is there anything special I did ? Is the office open to helping people ? Like if I go in person ?

Mine have to idk whats up its been a month i have six kids and am about to get kicked out on the streets for not being able to pay rent its crazy and they make it impossible to find anything out
