Critical review/suggestions regarding food distribution: I know you are doing gods work, I should not be criticizing anything, but I hope my suggestion helps to make the distribution little more organized. I went there today for food distribution. I thought distribution start time was at 8 am, so I got there at 7:30, but it was actually 9:30. So, I was number 2 on the line. A lot of people came. They do the system of giving out numbers, and later they call people in according to numbers for food pick up. But the problem is, people pile up at the gate randomly to get the numbers, disregarding the position on the line. This created a mess and very chaotic and unorganized situation. Of course, not everyone want to follow the rules, especially if nobody is saying anything. I was number 2, somehow I was able to get number 5 card. The lady just behind me, who didn't want to argue, got number 15. That's unfair. I felt like the volunteers didn't try to manage any of this. I don't blame the people on line, but the staffs for the chaos. There were too many volunteers there to be this unorganized. Saying "hey there are plenty of food, it doesn't matter what number you get", is just an excuse for not being able to manage properly. Nobody wants to see many people cutting the lines in front of them, no matter how valuable or how much stuffs are available. Everyone wants to go in early and go home early. Suggestions: 1. On the distribution day morning, put a sign or letter on the gate saying "hey everyone, stay on your position on the line. Don't aggregate on the gate. If you don't, there will be no food distribution". This sounds too rude, but apparently needed to be told based on the chaos I saw today. 2. Ask the lady that is taking the people's info and giving out numbers to go through the line. Don't let people come to your desk for the number. This can definitely minimize the chaos. 3. The number system is creating more chaos rather than simplifying it. If it's creating problem, why bother handing out the numbers. Just let people come inside based on their position on the line. Everywhere food distribution works fine like this. Your number system is creating more disorganization. Or do something else. Because your system is stressful for rule followers and people who can't argue. Not everyone is nice, keep that in mind. This post may be too mean, but I wanted you to realize there is a problem and something need to be done. No matter what, I am very appreciative of the work you do. Thank you. God bless 🙏.

Misa I’m sorry no one ever returned your message. Yonkers Christian Academy closed June 2017.
William, I’m sorry your request was never attended to. Rev Williams left Yonkers Christian Assembly in August 2017. He has relocated to a church in Maryland.
