I ordered in store a set of 4 tires almost a month ago and I am still waiting for them to be delivered. I was told delivery would be in 7 to 10 business days. I get a feeling I should have ordered them online. I called the store already 5x and they have no clue when the tires will be delivered, they say they can't track it, they can't do anything. I need to just keep waiting. So what now?

Horrible service. They made my appointment after two days . Then I came I have to wait 1 hour and 1/2 to be ready just to change 2 tire from lol clowns . Mr. Bogar Avila . Arrogant.

I ordered two tires and asked them to put my two good ones from the back in the front. They said yes of course we always do that. I still asked them over and over to make sure they would do it. It too k them 2+ hours to replace the ties. I thought, they had to change 4 ties so I did not really pay attention, but once home I noticed my used front tires were still on. I had to go back to be told they had thrown them away and that they would look for them.. still waiting. They seem not very together and really don't care about customers indeed. I would not recommend at all. Nobody seems to listen to the customers request, even after asking over and over... After a month wanting to replace my used tires, I am still stuck with them and hundreds of $ down the drain thanks to Costco Tires Yonkers
