I checked one star because there was no option for zero star. Why charge $34.95 to recycle a window that was completely broken off and already discarded. Not to mention the remaining pieces is still in the window well......" our vacuum could not reach"...what a joke. Complained about blobs of some kind of glue on the door....agent laughed it off. Very rude customer service. I will never go back to 985 Central Park Avenue Yonkers NY. I am very disappointed with the overall service and appearance of their shop.

I was recommended this shop by my insurance company. The good first: they replaced the glass on schedule. The bad: 1. the estimated cost was higher than the website's estimate. When queried, they mentioned the sales tax. Upon reading the receipt, it was the windshield disposal charge. This doesn't seem right. 2. There was an EZ-Pass on the windshield. Rather than removing it and leaving in the car, they threw it away. 3. They asked me if I wanted to replace the windshield wipers. I said no, as they were still intact. After the service, they were damaged. I definitely recommend shopping around for a better price, and for fewer surprises.

Got my windshield replaced and drove the next day on the highway only to have the cosmetic frame on both sides around the windshield come loose and start flapping around only being held on by one screw. Unfortunately, I was no longer in the area to take it back but I went to a safelite in Middletown and they ordered me a new frame. Turns out they broke all the clips and glued it back on without even telling me. Unacceptable and would not recommend with this dishonest practice.
