Great local game store. Run by really good people. They have some bulk MTG single common/uncommons which not many local stores have. Doing what they can to keep the community safe during COVID also. Support your local game store.

This is a gem of a place! As digital and Cinema--yes, MCU/DC/Sony crushed paper comics, this mom&pop store has action gaming activites, u and ur friends/kids can try out new and classic board games in the back. They sell locally designed board games, collectors items, and figurines. This is not "fan of moment Target type" shopping. There is history and origin stories here. Shop here for unique gifts and of course, Warhammer, Magic cards, Chess, games, and activities, etc.

It's Your Move has emerged post-pandemic with a great new paint job and a little rearrangement that is surprisingly effective. It's still got a strong community, lots of events (or will as covid allows), and a very friendly and helpful owner. It has a curated selection of games to buy, and an extensive library of games that can be played in store, giving the perfect opportunity to play a game before committing to owning it. The shop has a lot of character and I recommend checking it out. It's kind of exactly what you want from a local games store.

Wonderful friendly local game store on a main street with a very helpful, kind, and outgoing staff. I work at another FLGS in the area and had a great conversation with Aaron about games, gaming, and the local industry. They have a good selection of games from across genres and are now one of the only spots in the East Bay that trades in MTG singles, which is a big draw. They also have a membership program that let's you rent games from their bountiful library very cheap—an awesome way to check out new games to see if you're interested in purchasing it (it should also be noted, the games are kept in really nice condition ... they're not grubby and broken like some of the game cafes in Berkeley/Oakland). Overall, this is a great place to stop in if you're having a good day on Telegraph!

Yes, They rent. You can also grab a table and play at the store.
Yes we can do that. In the past we have school fundraisers, DND and MTG birthday parties, baby showers and etc. We also worked with many groups. The YMCA. The Green Party, Action 2020 and others. You can call or email us with your event ideas. Thanks for thinking of us.
Its Your Move Games. Does not . However 1-2-3 Go records at 420 40th ST #5 does its a few blocks away but still in Temescal .
We have a full after school program and also do summer camps and birthday parties. Wed is board games thursdays are role playing and friday pokemon and magic the gathering! We also have roleplaying on the weekend including roleplaying for kids as young as 7. Come join us.
They only accept card donations for trading card games e.g. Pokemon, Magic, etc. Best bet is online retailers for selling cards.
I am sorry to tell you all of the game stores in the east bay have closed that but singles. Try versus games in the south bay.
As of 11/20 they had multiple of each.
We have only a limited on hand supply of Yugioh cards- we can certainly order them for you but unfortunetely no one currently plays Yugioh in the store and there are not that many players in the east bay so mostly it is a special order item.
Yes we still have commander decks for 2019 and the next set will have commander decks as a part of the pre-order option at pre-release. you can come in for the 2019 decks or pre-order the decks for the next set to be picked up at pre-release weekend!
