Security staff very unprofessional and racist especially Bob, he asked our guest at our event “where are you all from?” Like why for what, then he starts telling our guest hes shutting down our even at 9pm, our contract says 1230am. He never went to the person in charge of our event to explain his concern or why he wanted to shut out event down. Then he shuts the power dowm during our even causing lots of problems people falling, kids crying, even the amp on the live band we have blew out, Bob caused uncalled for issues. We had no issues during our event, no alcohol all we had was water and sweets. So if you plan on a doing a event there and Bob is around go to a differemt place.

The most horrible service on Earth. I recommend you take your money where it is appreciated. Security blocked my guests coming in from Sacramento. They had to leave. Made what was supposed to be a unforgettable night into a nightmare. Security kept cutting off the electricity. Robert West Fall (security, who was causing chaos) was also fighting with my guests . They broke our sound system. Total A******s. We booked the hall until 12:00 and they kicked everyone out at 10:16 by cutting off the electricity, putting many women and children in danger in the pitch black dark on the top of the hill. Almost caused so many car accidents as no one could see anything. So sad, who the does this? Highly do not recommend this place. Needs a dam fan too. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL,
