Food is consistently great. I always try for a special, but if none are jumping out the Huevos Rancheros are my go to. If you show up after 9, expect a wait. If the weather is nice it’s not a problem because you can walk around downtown Media.

Bittersweet bliss… You will not find a better breakfast in and around Delaware County. From traditional favorites to creative culinary, there’s something for everyone. The hardest decision is to have breakfast or lunch… my go-to breakfast is the crème brûlée pancakes. Lunch, the best tomato soup (coming from someone who didn’t like tomato soup before bittersweet) paired with the most filling grilled cheese. But the service is the cherry on top of it all… can’t say enough about it… strangers who became family. Don’t think twice about it, Bittersweet or bust!

Vegan pancakes and at least one other vegan dish.
It's possibly doable when the first open on Sat or Sun at 8AM, and then an hour or so before closing. But as Michael mentions, it is first come first served. During the week is another possible alternative.
You can only do call ahead seating, which is when you call up to 30 minutes before you arrive so that you don't have as much of a wait when you get there.
