I used to love this place until recently. I took my dog who is a Shih Tzu for grooming on April 9, 2022. He came back acting strange and shaking whenever I try to touch him. He was not like this before I took him there for the grooming appointment. Another thing, I dropped off my dog at 8:45am and he was given to me until almost closing time which was 5:30pm. I had to call multiple times for them to give me any updates and they would tell me that he wasn’t ready. I have another Shih Tzu who is a female and had a grooming appointment the same day at a different place because she gets anxious and gets a bit aggressive. I tried booking an appointment at the Little Dog House the same day as my other Shih Tzu but they wouldn’t accept her without a muzzle. Anyways, they had a grooming appointment at a later time and my female dog was done an hour and a half after their appointment without a muzzle. She required more time and patience while my dog who I dropped off at the Little Dog House for the same type of grooming took all day. I’m really upset about this and my dog is still shaking and doesn’t want to eat much. I now have to take my dog to the vet because of this facility. I won’t be returning here because of what they did to my dog. I decided to write this review so you can avoid this grooming facility.

I've used their Doggie Daycare and grooming services for years. They're the best! They're the only ones my nervous dog will allow to groom him and clip his nails. He actually looks forward to his visits. Wonderful, caring staff.

The groomers did such an excellent job at not only her physical appearance and haircut but her emotional state as well. She went in scared and shaking and came out so happy and comfortable. They were professional and following Covid standards. We will be back!
