Positive: the comfortable beds...the memory foam mattress was a huge plus the cleanliness of the room rug...I was able to walk in white socks without the socks getting dirty Negative: The hotel is starting to show it's age...wear and tear is starting to show...scuffs and scrapes on the walls and furniture are becoming obvious. Special rates should be given for extended stays

Positive: Staff was amazing! Location was great for my stay. Negative: Room was outdated, the air conditioning I could not get to work correctly. Rooms were smaller than expected, but overall the stay wasn¿t bad.

I stayed here 5 times while visiting my late Mother, at Anthology of Wheaton. It was a pretty direct route there, and wasn't far from my brother in Glen Ellyn. With the exception of one time, I stayed on the courtyard side which was very nice, and quiet. The other time I had an outer room on the third floor but there was a lot of outdoor noise, get a courtyard room if possible. The staff was very nice and since I was there frequently for about a week each time, they got to know me. When my mother did pass away, we stayed there and had a block of rooms for friends and family members who came in for the funeral. When we came from DC, we had forgotten an umbrella. They had multiple ones for us to borrow. We booked a suite to have food from Maggiano's, and it worked out great for our family and friends to gather the night before the funeral and the evening of. Maggiano's did not give us any utensils as they were out. We were afraid we'd have to go to the Jewel, but they looked around and found enough for us. There are also a lot of good places to eat and you can walk. The pool area was nice. Overall, given the difficulty of my visits, I couldn't have chosen a nicer place. Rooms were always clean, except for one with a musty odor because I don't think it had been opened up since the hotel re-opened most of the rooms due to covid. Not their fault.

We stayed at this hotel as a block of rooms for a friend's wedding. We loved the room, the service and basically everything about the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept like rocks all 3 nights. If we needed anything, the staff was right there to help out. I would highly recommend staying here.
