Amazing customer service. We had ro replace one of the recliner chairs due to a goof, but the dye lot for the new replacement was different (3 years later), they replaced all of our pieces. Extremely easy and helpful in our replacement. The sales representative was also helpful in our piecing together patio furniture. All around the best shopping experience!

Ordered my sofa sleeper mattress to be picked up at the warehouse. Pickup was fast and nice employees. The employee who took my order at the Valencia location was very helpful. As for the mattress I'm sure I'll love it because it fluffed up right away and I hadn't even had it unpacked for one hour and it takes at least 24 hrs.

I was greeted with “Hello, If you would like a cup of coffee, visit our café in the back of the store.” I asked where I would find recliners and I was told where they were. I browsed for a while and then Ron, who first greeted me, approached me and asked if he could help. That started a very cordial conversation about what I needed and how I could finance it or pay for it all at once. I decided to join Bob‘s credit card club or whatever it’s called and I was very happy with the outcome. Ron and then Annette, a manager, spoke with me about the delivery date and told me that the men who deliver the furniture would be putting it together and removing all of the cardboard boxes. That pleased me very much. I never felt pushed into anything. Every decision was mine alone. Cannot wait to get my chairs.
