I went to look at countertops. Emily was very helpful, she was able to make sense of my terrible drawing with measurements. She gave me a couple of estimates for different slabs and the cost of installation. I saw one I loved and signed the contract. They were available to schedule the next week. Great experience!!

Worst customer service ever. Bait and switched me on a vanity top. Choose the floor model and they gave me newone with a poor design pattern. Victor and the laborer lied to me that it was the last one, over and over. It's not the last one when it's not the same one. Several workers told me they had more in the back. DO NOT GO TO GRANITE EXPO IN EMERYVILLE! I wish I could give zero stars.

Very strange experience, spent 20 minutes in line waiting to see someone, I explained the project to the gentleman, showed him pictures of my outside kitchen. He then proceeded to show me granite and told me Decton would be a bad idea for outside even though they sold it and Decton is recommended in the industry for outside. He also told me the lighter granites would not fade or yellow in the sun which isn't true. We spent another 20 minutes going over my dimensions and then he had to ask a colleague/supervisor a question, came back and said oh we don't do outdoor installations and that was the end of it. Total waste of my time.

that the sink is clearly defective. Their solution? We pay to uninstall the vanity, transport the whole unit back to them and then MAYBE they'll give us a replacement that we then pay again to transport and reinstall. But no guarantee. Yes. Attractive pricing and units. But horrible customer service and they absolutely do not care about the customer. Never again.

They have a ton of backsplash material including tile and Kovastone etc.
Yes a nice variety. When you purchase cabinets the handles are free.
I don't think they carry the Cambria slabs there. They order them. They have Kovastone quartz slabs there and you can pick those out.
Yes
