I put in an application last year, and when I called to check on the status of it, I reached a truly unpleasant woman, who denied I had ever applied for her building. I thought maybe my app had been lost, or maybe I was mistaken about which building it was--- I still don't know--- but when I asked what could have happened, she seemed to think I was questioning her authority, and snarled that I had no right to question what SHE said about HER building, because SHE runs HER building HER way, and HER way is the RIGHT way. The anger she unloaded on me, for no reason that I could ascertain, was just stunning. I thought to myself, Oh, OK, folks. If this is your notion of "management," that's the last application I make to any of your developments. What a nightmare it must be to have to deal with this furious buttwipe every day.
