I have used jiffy lube several times in the past &’ this by far was my worst trip! For starters, they didn’t even check any of the fluids, lights any key components of my car! Like they always do! They also chose to extract my oil which I have never had done before it doesn’t even get all the oil out! Very Lazy job! . To me it didn’t even seem like anyone even went under the car! Then they charge 90 bucks! For something I could have done at home! Gave me a price &’ a sticker before even completing the service! Not to mention no one even spoke a word the whole time, the girl doing my oil didn’t even wipe the dipstick to check it, misses putting it back &’ just flicks it to make it go back in! Handled my car very terribly.

Never go back there. Tried them out because my regular place couldn't fit me in and was going to Delaware, they stripped the oil plug, and tried to blame my regular people, and said they couldn't get it off, so they topped off the oil. And on my way home from Delaware, the oil light came on. So I dropped it off at my regular place, for proper care.
