This was my first experience at JL Freed. I have been to 2 other dealerships and never had the customer service like I did at JL Freed. From the time I walked in the door I was helped immediately. Yes, you will need to make an appt. They can give you a rental if they have one available so they can work on the vehicle.
I'm sure it means all credit applications will get approved so you can drive off the lot with your new car...... there is definitely going to be fine print though, I'd call or check their website
