Went in on a Saturday morning to custom order in a pick up truck. 5 guys stood there as I approached them. Told them I wanted to order a truck, one gentlemen said it was so an so department and called for that gentlemen. That guy said that he was leaving for the day. So the rest stood there and one guy basically was oh okay I guess I’ll do it.. I was already annoyed at this point that i was standing there in complete distraught that no one wanted to take an easy order for a 80k truck.. so I sat down with one gentlemen, to spec out the truck. He started reading all the specs all monotone and asking the packages I wanted, when I had no idea which was what.. so I politely said I’ll spec it out on my own and come back. And he said that would be a good idea. So I chuckled to myself and left. What a terrible experience that was, and I will never even bother to go back, when I’ve owned 6 rams and 3 jeeps, stay away, go to beans.

Brought my van in with the check engine light on a day before we were supposed to drive back to Chicago from visiting family. Everyone was so nice, they check things out right away, explained the issue, and I was on my way in no time. Didn’t even charge me for diagnosing the problem, which did not require immediate attention. So appreciative! Excellent service!

Very disappointed with their customer service. I was rushed out because some of the employees wanted to leave early and I was not given the proper service. They said they did not have the time to give me a trade in price or a detailed lease/buy price and did not take the time to explain the details of the vehicle. They told me they could hold the vehicle for a few days but I received a text message the next day that the vehicle was sold. I will be looking elsewhere, very disappointed.
