Purchased a pool filter this afternoon, as it turned out, we didn't need it. Prutsmans told me they have a no return policy because of covid. Yet, they were not wearing masks or gloves. I've bought pool stuff before from Prutsmans, it's way over priced, but they were the only place in town that had it in stock. My concern is not the price, but the lack of service! Grocery and hardware stores will offer a refund if not satisfied, but not Prutsmans. I will be trading elsewhere in the future and sending fellow pool owners to a business that won't use covid as an excuse to take and keep your money. Not even worth one star, but had to give them something to post

Bought a 1.5 inch pvc pipe union for my to connect the backwash drain. I brought the old one which they examined and sold me a new one. I took it home but the threaded side was larger and would not fit. The next day I brought it back with the receipt. The woman said she is not taking any returns because of Covid. I was out $21 with a product I don’t need. I don’t get it when they are glad to take money I and many people have handled but can’t take back a plastic product. By the way, the same union sells for less than $9 at Home Depot online.
