Amazing wine/venue and exceptional owners. Be sure to check it out when you are in town! We had a great time visiting Cavu Cellars. We visited several wineries on a weekend getaway, and this was definitely our favorite. The wine was absolutely delicious and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the relaxing atmosphere and felt like we could take our time and enjoy our wine and our visit. Also, we really enjoyed the art of the month from a local artist on display. It is awesome that they are so excited to promote local businesses. Can't wait to visit again!

We have been members for a few years. Thoroughly enjoy the wines! I think anyone visiting this tasting room will enjoy the experience. Local works of art hanging on the walls adds to the hometown feel (available for purchase and supporting local artist). Talk to the winemaker and visit with this family owned business. We enjoyed our wine tasting. The winemaker was engaging. The art display was beautiful. We picked up a bottle of the Barbera on our way camping. Was delicious and a great pairing with beef stroganoff. Life is better outside!

Enjoyed wine tasting and learning more about the wines. We were given a brief tour of the winery and the owner was enthusiastic about his business. The wines were very good but on the pricier side. It was especially nice to view art in the backroom. Pleasant experience overall!

We are open daily 11-5 (with a few exceptions lately) so we are available for wine pick up, wine sales and Gallery viewing and purchasing. All in person! When were you thinking of visiting?
CAVU is an old aviation weather acronym. It stands for Ceiling And Visibility Unlimited. Basically it means a great day to go flying. The winery is located in the airport District of Walla Walla which was a B-17 training base in World War II so we combine the history of the area and my father's flight experience in the Army as the pilot into the theme for our Winery.
