I bought these Iron Ranger boots yesterday. The staff at the store was very friendly and knowledgeable without seeming pushy. They educated me on their boots but also on the Red Wing corporate culture and ethos. Would recommend.

I recently bought boots from this store for work. I am in the mechanic field and stand on my feet 12 hours a day, so good footwear is very important to me. I wore the boots I bought for three days and my feet were killing me due to the narrow shape of the boot I bought. I went back to the store and presented my problem to the staff ( who are absolutely knowledge ful about their products) . Just so happens the manager and owner of the store were there making a new display. These people could have told me I'm outta luck because who really takes back shoes that were worn. Instead the whole team just to it and found me a new pair that fit alot better and did an even exchange for my boots I bought. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would recommend anyone who needs work boots to visit this store. They truly care about their clientele !!!

It's too early to know how the shoes hold up (but I love them so far!) But I just have to comment on the store worker that helped us today, Clayton. He was the ONLY one there and, as is the Law of Retail, about 5 of us came in at the same time haha, and he handled everything great. Constantly thanking us for our patience though he didn't have to; I worked in the industry for a long time and I know how it is. He helped me find a new pair of work shoes because the Sketchers work shoes just don't last. Clayton was great!

Knowledgeable and helpful guys who know their product, I have been getting work boots there for years. I had assistance from the manager today and he was great ! They really know how important it is to have comfort while performing our jobs. I feel more like a client than just a customer because they keep records of your history. That's why I keep going back !
