I will say, in the past I had a not so well experience with an individual that’s no longer there. But I went back yesterday for the first time in a few years since an incident with JM.. I said I would never go back after until this gentleman that I dealt with was gone. Well when I found out this gentleman was gone, I went back to JM yesterday, and let me tell you take it for me a Lexus owner for over 15 years yesterday I had the best experience since going back. JM has completely changed in every aspect, friendly courteous, respectful and great deals one stop shop. I’m really happy that I can now start going back to the dealership again, last night I have now purchased my 11th Lexus and I couldn’t be more happy or satisfied with the service, finance, sales, like I said one stop shop. I would highly recommend this dealership again great people to work with. And I must say I love my third Lexus that is sitting in my driveway right now 2022 I S350 F sport with the white and black package. I couldn’t be more happier now have a 2021 I S350 F sport, a 2022 ES 350 F sport and just added a new one to my collection last night. Bruno Da Silva provided excellent customer service. He had a great personality and was so helpful. He answered all our questions with knowledge. We were impressed with the closing process. Hello Jodi, the kind of oil that a Lexus IS 250 requires depends on the year of the vehicle. IS250 2010 and older require Synthetic Blend 5W30 IS250 2011 and newer require Full Synthetic 0W20
